The Charlotte Show Gets Second Season

MTV International has ordered a second season of The Charlotte Show, following Charlotte Crosby, from Appeal TV.

The 8×1-hour series will air across MTV’s network of international channels and digital platforms, spanning nearly 180 countries from spring 2019. A ‘super-influencer’ with over 13.5 million social media followers, Charlotte first shot to fame in MTV International’s Geordie Shore.

Charlotte commented, “I am so excited that The Charlotte Show has been commissioned for a second series on MTV! I felt completely lost without the cameras after series one ended!  We have some amazing things planned. My relationship with Josh is much more serious now, and my Mam and Dad will be moving out very soon, it’s a whole new journey, and I am so grateful to be able to take viewers with me.”

Craig Orr, VP of commissioning and development at MTV International, said: “Charlotte is loved all over the world for her undeniable humor, unmatchable energy, and relatable sensitivity. The Charlotte Show resonates so well because it captures all that the fans know and love about Charlotte in her most natural surroundings.”

Jake Attwell, managing director at Appeal TV, said, “We’re really excited to be making another fun-filled series of Charlotte Crosby’s whirlwind real-life soap opera. MTV viewers can look forward to more of Charlotte’s honesty, emotion, more surprises and of course more laughs. We can’t wait to see what happens next on The Charlotte Show.
