Quintus Picks Up Off the Fence Package for YouTube Channel

Quintus Media has signed a deal with Off the Fence for a package of more than 40 hours of factual programming to be shown on its YouTube channel Free Documentary.

The deal covers a diverse range of factual programming across genres such as science, history, crime and lifestyle. Among the titles licensed by Quintus for the YouTube channel are Off the Fence’s own Supercars: The Million Pound Motors; Forever Young, produced by Tell Tale Productions; Are You Racist?, produced by Mindful Media; My Mum Talks to Aliens, from Joined Up Films; Lifers: Behind Bars, produced by Firecrest Films; and Chain Gang Girls, from the U.S.-based Hoff Productions.

Quintus Media Founder Gerrit Kemming said: “We are not in the position to co-fund projects yet, but we are definitely starting to become a lucrative second- and third-window exploitation alternative for producers and distributors. With Off the Fence’s strong reputation for quality programming, I am delighted to offer some fresh and exciting documentaries to our viewers on Free Documentary.”
