Netflix’s Love is Blind Gets Reunion Special

Netflix has slated a reunion special for its global hit show Love is Blind, produced by Kinetic Content, a Red Arrow Studios company.

The reunion special will feature the show’s Atlanta-based participants, along with hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey, and will premiere March 5 on Netflix’s YouTube channel. The announcement follows the premiere of the finale episode of Love is Blind on Netflix yesterday, February 27.

The special promises to answer burning questions such as which couples are still together, whether any participants have any regrets, what it was like to watch the show unfold in real life and why certain unexpected twists and revelations happened.

The show’s premiere has coincided with Netflix rolling out globally its new Top 10 lists, which are updated daily to reveal what’s popular in each country. Love is Blind is currently the number one series on the service in multiple territories around the world including the U.S., the U.K., Germany, Australia and Canada.

In Love is Blind, singles who want to be loved for who they are, rather than what they look like, have signed up for a less conventional approach to modern dating where they hope to meet the person they want to spend the rest of their lives with…without ever having seen them.

With no distractions from the outside world, the singles talk to a stream of potential love interests and when a meaningful connection is made, they propose and then lay their eyes on their fiancé for the first time. Engaged and back in the real world, as the couples plan their wedding day, they will quickly discover whether they can turn their emotional connection into a physical one before the fast-approaching ceremony. Hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey, the ten-part series uncovers whether looks, race or age do matter, or if love really is blind.
