Netflix has lined up for winter/spring 2018 four new original documentary series covering a range of topics from true crime to pop culture to food, including Ugly Delicious and Wild Wild Country.

Ugly Delicious, launching February 23, features chef David Chang as he travels the world using food to create connections across cultures. There is also Flint Town (March 2), offering an intimate look at the state of policing in America through the lens of the Flint, Michigan, police department. On March 16, Wild Wild Country will drop. Wild Wild Country will provide viewers with a true-crime look at a controversial guru’s creation of an Oregonian utopia and the unrest that follows. In addition, a new untitled series in partnership with Vox Entertainment is coming this summer and will cover a range of social and economic topics.

“We aspire to always delight our global audience, and key to this is to continually create a deep and diverse set of shows across a vast array of subjects, and these upcoming series are a perfect example,” said Lisa Nishimura, the VP of original documentary programming at Netflix. “Whether you want a fresh, fun and irreverent take on global cuisine, wish to explore one of the most bizarre cult crimes on record, sit shotgun with one of America’s grittiest police forces or take a deeper dive into the world of science, pop culture, history and politics, there is something for everyone.”
