Netflix has expanded its natural history slate with six new docuseries set to premiere over the next several years.

Our Universe, narrated by Morgan Freeman, blends wildlife footage and cosmic special effects and explores the connections that drive the natural world. The six-part series is set to debut on November 22.

Produced by BBC Studios, Our Universe is executive produced by Andrew Cohen and showrun by Mike Davis.

Coming in 2023, Our Planet II unravels the mysteries of how and why animals migrate. Through innovative cinematography and narration by David Attenborough, the four-parter reveals some of the most dramatic stories in the natural world. It is being produced by Silverback Films, with Huw Cordey as series producer and Alastair Fothergill and Keith Scholey as executive producers.

Also coming in 2023 is Life on Our Planet, another docuseries narrated by Morgan Freeman. Fothergill and Scholey also executive produce, alongside Darryl Frank and Justin Falvey.

From Freeborne Media and Wild Space Productions, the five-part Our Oceans explores the world that lies beneath the waves, from the tropical waters of the Indian Ocean to the freezing isolation of the Southern and Arctic Oceans. Jonathan Smith is series producer, and James Honeyborne is executive producer. It is slated to premiere in 2024.

Also set for a 2024 debut, Our Living World reveals the web of connections that unites us all and sustains life. The four-part series is produced by Freeborne Media and Wild Space Productions, with Ben Roy series producing and Honeyborne executive producing.
