Mary Berry to Front New BBC Two Series

Mary Berry’s Simple Comforts, a new series with the former The Great British Bake Off judge, is slated to launch on BBC Two.

The six-part series follows Mary Berry as she celebrates the best of comfort food, highlighting easy recipes for home cooks to re-create. In Mary Berry’s Simple Comforts, Berry will discover and cook the most heartwarming dishes on offer in the U.K. and abroad, taking inspiration from the people she meets and the food she tastes along the way.  The accompanying book to the series will be published by BBC Books.

Mary Berry’s Simple Comforts, commissioned from the Endemol Shine UK company Sidney Street, finished filming in January 2020 and is due to transmit later in the year.
