Little Gem Taps Heads of Production & Development

Little Gem has named Harriet Dormer head of production, while Rachel Harris is being elevated to head of development, effective immediately.

Dormer will handle all production of Little Gem’s slate of programs and will also help develop and expand the business. She began her TV career making political docs for the BBC before transitioning to producing entertainment shows.

Dormer was also a production executive for both Magnum Media and Remarkable Productions. In addition, she has served as the director of production at Zodiak Media, executive in charge of production at Leftfield Pictures and production executive at Lime Pictures.

In her newly created position, Harris is expected to generate new business and manage the development team and slate. She previously held the title of senior development producer at Little Gem. Before that, she worked in development for such companies as Twofour, Twenty Twenty, Betty, Outline, Keo and the BBC.
