National Geographic has commissioned a host of new and returning series, with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and Jeff Goldblum of Jurassic Park fame on board to host two of the upcoming shows.

National Geographic and Ramsay are partnering on the new series Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted. Produced by Studio Ramsay, the show will expand on the themes explored in Ramsay’s hit U.K. series Gordon’s Great Escapes. The program combines Ramsay’s passion for exploration and adventure with a food competition. Meanwhile, The Curiosity of Jeff Goldblum is a 12-part series that sees the titular host explore the extraordinary science behind the world’s most “ordinary” things.

Other commissions include Hostile Planet from Guillermo Navarro. Hosted by Bear Grylls, the six-part docuseries looks at how volatile Mother Nature can be. Julianna Margulies was tapped for the scripted series The Hot Zone. Premiering in early 2019, the two-hour special Inside the Internet and the six-episode unscripted miniseries, 1989: The Year That Made the Modern World, will provide background on how the internet began to alter our lives.

In addition, Nat Geo is bringing back StarTalk for a fourth run. The 20-episode season, hosted by Neil DeGrasse Tyson, will include interviews with Goldblum, Al Gore, George R.R. Martin, Patricia Cornwell, Anna Deavere Smith and the late Anthony Bourdain. One Strange Rock returns for a second season, with production set to begin in February 2019. National Geographic also secured Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein (Stranger Things), to create the soundtrack for its new show Valley of the Boom, executive produced by Arianna Huffington and Matthew Carnahan.
