Discovery Preps Fidel Castro Doc

MIAMI: Timed to coincide with the 53rd anniversary of the Cuban Missile Crisis, Discovery is set to premiere a new documentary about Fidel Castro this week.

Castro: The World’s Most Watched Man is due out on American Heroes Channel (AHC) tomorrow at 10 p.m. A Spanish version titled Fidel Castro En La Mira will then premiere on October 25 at 10 p.m. on Discovery en Español’s investigative block, Discovery a Fondo.

Produced by Pacha Films for Discovery Networks Latin America/U.S. Hispanic (DLA/USH) and AHC, the documentary examines Castro’s life and personality from the perspective of the spies who followed his every move for more than half a century.
