Cream Productions Promotes from Within

Cream Productions has promoted four of its executives in an effort to bolster its award-winning creative team.

Patrick Cameron has been promoted to senior VP of operations. In this expanded role, he will help manage the company’s day-to-day operations as well as ensure the production and delivery of Cream’s diverse slate of projects. His many credits include the hit Netflix series Age of Samurai: Battle for Japan and The Story of Late Night for CNN.

Shawn Gerrard is promoted to head of postproduction. Previously, he served as post-producer and worked across Age of Samurai: Battle for Japan and the upcoming Story of Late Night.

Matt MacLellan and Francine DiBacco have been elevated to supervising line producers. MacLellan will also manage and execute complete schedules and budgets for Cream’s burgeoning development slate. DiBacco will manage Cream’s production office and train and mentor team members while creating budgets and schedules alongside MacLellan.

Gerrard, MacLellan and DiBacco will all report to Cameron.

“This trio of promotions reflects our passionate storytelling and the unparalleled talent we curate and develop at Cream Productions,” said Cameron. “Gerrard, MacLellan and DiBacco’s in-depth knowledge of television and film, coupled with their enthusiasm and energy, will advance our commitment to creating exciting experiences for our clients and viewers.”
