CMT Greenlights Racing Wives, Renews Music City

CMT has given the go-ahead to the female-driven unscripted show Racing Wives and ordered a ten-episode second season of the docuseries Music City.

Racing Wives comes from executive producer Jenny Daly and T Group Productions. The 8×60-minute show looks at the private lives of women who are married to famous race car drivers. Music City comes from The Hills creator Adam DiVello and Lionsgate.

Both series are slated to begin airing on CMT early next year.
