Cineflix Rights Ties Up with Seadog Productions

LONDON: Cineflix Rights has signed an exclusive partnership deal with factual producer Seadog Productions, founded by Monty Halls.

The pact covers worldwide distribution rights for all of Seadog’s future productions, including a series about World War II that Seadog has developed and that has been commissioned by a major U.K. broadcaster. Seadog will also work together with Cineflix Productions’ New York and Toronto teams to develop and co-produce programming for the North American market that will be distributed internationally by Cineflix Rights.

Halls said: “Cineflix Rights is the right fit to take us to the next level as a company. They have fantastic expertise in selling content globally but also in providing the international market knowledge to maximize the potential for our shows. And, with the added bonus of working with their development and production teams, we will be able to expand our commissions into the North American market.”
