Blue Therapy to Go Global with All3Media International

All3Media International is partnering with Luti Media to take the couples-therapy show Blue Therapy (w.t.), based on the viral YouTube series, out to the global market.

All3Media International will also handle format rights for Blue Therapy. The show has been commissioned for a full series for E4 and will explore the complex modern relationships of five young, diverse and aspirational couples, rarely shown on screens.

The original YouTube series began as a six-part reality show that quickly became an online sensation, averaging over 2 million views per episode, across 15 territories, including the U.K., U.S., the Netherlands, Canada, Nigeria, Australia and South Africa.

It will premiere in the U.K. later this year.

Luti Fagbenle, founder and managing director of Luti Media, commented, “With a brilliant track record for cementing bold new reality content in the international market, All3Media International is the perfect partner in Blue Therapy’s global journey. Our elevated series opens up a bigger, bolder, more glamourous and inclusive world which amplifies the moments that made the original series a global online sensation. From the gripping confessionals, provocative statements and enthralling yet relatable relationships, Blue Therapy is compelling, eye-opening, and provocative viewing that I feel confident All3Media International will find the best global partners for.”

Rachel Job, senior VP of non-scripted content at All3Media International, added, “The exceptional team at Luti Media has crafted an innovative, trailblazing couples therapy series that offers everything our buyers look for. With exclusive, intimate access into the lives and relationships of five culturally diverse couples, the series breathes new life into universal dating debates and offers a forum for voices and cultures we rarely see on screen, especially on reality television. Addictive, glamorous and thought-provoking, we can’t wait for our clients to discover why Blue Therapy will be their latest television obsession.”
