BBC Studios Makes New Fact-Ent Production Appointment

BBC Studios has appointed Beccy Green as the new head of production in Bristol and Cardiff for the factual entertainment and events unit.

Green will be responsible for leading and developing the southwest production management teams across a range of output. She joins from Objective Media Group, where she was head of production for non-scripted, and previously held the deputy head of production role at TwoFour.

Katie Brewer, director of production for factual entertainment and events, said: “I am thrilled to welcome Beccy to the senior production management team here at BBC Studios. She brings with her a fantastic track record and a wealth of both U.K. and international production experience, and we’re all incredibly excited to combine forces with her.”

Green said: “It’s an exciting time to be joining BBC Studios, and I can’t wait to hit the ground running when I officially join later this month. It will be an honor to work with the talented teams in Bristol and Cardiff who produce such iconic, well-loved content, and I’m very much looking forward to getting started.”
