The newest addition to the Listing franchise, Listing Mauritius, is set to bow on BBC Lifestyle on October 16.

PD Production, the team behind Listing Jozi and Listing Cape Town, produced the new ten-parter, which follows a group of luxury real estate agents as they navigate high-stakes challenges and marathon property tours along the coasts of Mauritius.

Nico Nel, producer of Listing Mauritius, said, “We’re absolutely thrilled to give our viewers more of what they love with Listing Mauritius. The homes, the scenery, and the people are simply extraordinary, and we’re excited to bring this magic to screens across South Africa.”

Nel and producer Trevor Kaplan added, “In South Africa, we often complain about traffic. Mauritius is on another level. Although not always necessarily due to heavy traffic, the roads are tiny, and traveling takes much longer on the island than in South Africa. Daily, a 60km trip that would take 30 minutes in Johannesburg would take two hours on the island because you can only travel at 30 to 50 kilometers per hour through the rural roads and towns.”
