Anton Du Beke & Giovanni Pernice Return to BBC

Anton Du Beke and Giovanni Pernice are to hit the road together in Anton & Giovanni’s Adventures in Spain, set to debut on BBC One and BBC iPlayer in 2024.

The series follows along as Du Beke showcases his love of Spain, introducing Pernice to much of what the southern European country has to offer. The show follows the success of their first series, Anton & Giovanni’s Adventures in Sicily.

The series featuring the pair’s adventures around Sicily had an average audience of 3.1 million viewers when it debuted earlier in 2023, with over 500,000 viewers watching on iPlayer.

Du Beke said: “My loves, it is such a treat for me to be able to take my dear friend Giovanni to a country that I hold so close to my heart. What a joy it is to be able to share this marvelously jovial jaunt with both Gio and all the wonderful viewers watching at home. Magnifico!”

Pernice added: “I am so excited to be heading out for more adventures with my best friend Anton on this epic road trip across Spain. I just hope we manage to avoid being stopped by the police this time!”
