A Baby Story Live Launches on TLCme Facebook Page

SILVER SPRING: TLC is reinventing the reality series A Baby Story by broadcasting live births from the TLCme Facebook page.

A Baby Story Live captures mothers-to-be as they progress through labor and deliver their children. The first birth already broadcast live from the TLCme Facebook page as viewers aged 18-plus in the U.S. looked on for an uncut, unedited, real-time childbirth experience. Viewers were able to post comments as they watched. The videos recorded just under 50,000 views in the first 12 hours.

TLC and Discovery Life also plan to air short-form versions of the births on their linear channels.
