MIPDoc Buyers Coup de Coeur Split Between Two Winners

Two joint winners were selected at MIPDoc for the Buyers Coup de Coeur: Prison Project “Little Scandinavia” and The Caravan.

From Spain’s Cabal Films, The Caravan follows Yuri (eight months pregnant), her son Santi and her partner Mike as they flee Honduras with the first migrant caravan. Determined to have her baby born in the United States, they escape—along with 7,000 other people—from the violence and poverty that prevails in Central America.
