Noah Media Group Appoints Director of Production & Development

Noah Media Group (NMG) has elevated production executive Simon Corney into the newly created position of director of production and development.

In his new role, Corney will be responsible for development strategy, identifying opportunities across all lines of business to deliver documentary content to international streaming platforms and broadcasters. Corney has served as executive producer at NMG for five years.

Corney will continue to report into CEO John McKenna as part of the Noah executive team.

Prior to his work at NMG, Corney produced content for FIFA, UEFA, Premier League, Europa Leagueand FA Cup, among others.

Corney said: “I am delighted to be continuing my work with Noah, stepping into this new role at a crucial point in the company’s growth. I know first-hand that working alongside our exceptional growing team, we can continue to bring a diverse range of world-class documentary stories to audiences around the globe.”

Further appointments to the NMG development team are Stuart Ramsay as senior development producer and Ian Davies as senior producer for film. Additionally, Neil Kirkham has been hired as finance director, effective immediately.
