TVF International has elevated Lindsey Ayotte to run the company as head of strategic development, as Harriet Armston-Clarke steps down as company director after four years at the helm.

“The TVF International team is fiercely proud of our independent status and unparalleled track record in the factual genre, and I’m thrilled to be leading such a talented group of execs,” said Ayotte. “As we wrap up another record-breaking year, I look forward to continuing our growth trajectory by focusing on co-financing opportunities and our robust digital strategy, always with an eye to supporting other fellow indies.”

In her new role, Ayotte will take over running TVF International and sales with North American and U.K. clients.

Will Stapley has also been promoted, taking up the post of head of acquisitions and partnerships, with a focus on building exclusive content partnerships in the production, broadcast and distribution sectors and bringing new co-production opportunities to TVF Productions. He will lead a team of five acquisitions executives based out of the company’s London office.

Further, TVF International hired two new executives: Colette Webber and Daniyal Bari, who will be stepping into junior sales roles.
