9/11 Doc to Go Global with Electus International

LOS ANGELES: Electus International has taken on the worldwide distribution rights, excluding the U.S., for the documentary 9/11, which is executive produced by Ben Silverman.

The film will be broadcast internationally this September, the 15th anniversary of the attack on the World Trade Center. The doc presents an insider’s account of the attack, and contains the only known footage of the first plane striking the World Trade Center and the only footage from inside Ground Zero during the attacks.

“9/11 is an incredible piece of filmmaking, capturing a day that altered our nation’s history forever,” said John Pollak, the president of Electus International. “The events of 9/11 sent shockwaves around the globe, and we’re proud to have been involved with the film for the last 15 years.
