51 Minds Doc Part of Plant-Based Diet Initiative

Endemol Shine North America’s 51 Minds Entertainment is collaborating with exercise physiologist Marco Borges as well as power couple Jay-Z and Beyoncé on The Greenprint, a new documentary that is part of a multiplatform initiative to promote plant-based diets.

The Greenprint will explore the impact of plant-based diets on individuals, families, communities and the world. The project, which is slated for release in fall 2019, is supported by clinical experts as well as entertainment, music and sports personalities. It is being executive produced by 51 Minds, Major TV, Borges and Jay-Z.

Borges is a New York Times best-selling author and the CEO/founder of 22 Days Nutrition, which he co-owns with Jay-Z and Beyoncé. The Greenprint multiplatform initiative also includes a digital tool, book and clinical trial.
