Zodiak Kids & Family Distribution Picks Up Moominvalley

Banijay Kids & Family’s distribution arm, Zodiak Kids & Family Distribution, has taken on all four seasons of the animated family series Moominvalley.

Inspired by the Moomin stories from Tove Jansson, the series is produced by the Finnish production company Gutsy Animations in collaboration with Yle and Sky and, additionally, Viaplay for the fourth season.

The series brings the Moomin characters into 3D with a visual style combining CGI and painterly effects. Finnish content creator Marika Makaroff is creative director of Moominvalley.
