Xilam Promotes Trio in Production Department

Xilam has elevated Dorothée Lanchier to chief operating officer, Camille Wiplier to deputy COO and Marie-Laurence Turpin to head of development and talent management.

Lanchier will now have oversight of all production processes and the workload schedule of the various production units. All line producers and studio executives will report to her. Lanchier most recently served as line producer at Xilam. She will work under CEO Marc du Pontavice and will be supported by Wiplier, who has been head of Xilam Studios since 2011.

Turpin joined Xilam as a line producer in 2007. She will now be responsible for strategic research and internal/external talent management, also reporting to du Pontavice. Jean Brune, meanwhile, will maintain all of his development and production duties as the company’s editorial executive.

Du Pontavice remarked: “Our group is moving forward with its transformation: these promotions are part and parcel of our expansion, while drawing whenever possible on the group’s internal resources—especially those that have contributed to our success thus far. Furthermore, I would like to personally outline the unique career paths forged by those three women at the company, entrusted with the highest duties.”
