World Screen Unveils 2019 Kids Trendsetters

World Screen and TV Kids are teaming with Reed MIDEM to present the fifth-annual Kids Trendsetter Awards at MIPJunior, this year honoring Iginio Straffi, Marc du Pontavice, Bronagh O’Hanlon and Rajiv Chilaka.

Straffi, founder and CEO of Rainbow and creator of Winx Club; du Pontavice, founder and CEO of Xilam and producer of Oggy and the Cockroaches; O’Hanlon, director and series creator of Sadie Sparks for Brown Bag Films; and Chilaka, founder and CEO of Green Gold Animation and creator of Mighty Little Bheem, will each receive a Kids Trendsetter Award at the end of the Creators’ Superpanel session at MIPJunior on Saturday, October 12.

This session will see the honorees discussing the creative process in conversation with Anna Carugati, World Screen‘s group editorial director.

The Kids Trendsetter Awards honor creatives who have driven innovation in children’s programming.
