Sands is lead for acquisitions, partnerships and co-productions at Warner Bros Discovery Kids & Family EMEA, working across Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Boing, Cartoonito and HBO Max Kids & Family. Taganov is head of content and programming strategy for BBC Children’s, responsible for managing content and programming strategies for video output across CBeebies, CBBC and BBC iPlayer. Nylander has been working as an acquisition executive for children’s content within the SVT International team for 15 years. Together, the executives will discuss commissioning, acquisitions and programming strategies, as well as current content wish lists.

These executives join other previously announced speakers: Sky’s Lucy Murphy, WildBrain’s Josh Scherba, PBS KIDS’ Sara DeWitt and Warner Bros. Animation’s Audrey Diehl. Look out for further announcements about key speakers and sessions in the coming weeks.
