Toonz Strikes Deal with Peacock


Toonz Entertainment, the content distribution arm of Toonz Media Group, has signed a non-exclusive multi-title deal with Peacock.

The deal covers 230 hours of animated programs in English and Spanish, which will be streamed by Peacock in the U.S., including in U.S. Hispanic territories. Children’s titles such as Darwin + Newts and Zoonicorn are included.

Gummibar & Friends; martial-arts inspired comedy adventure Mondo Yan; Indian-U.S. co-production Uma & Devan; non-dialogue slapstick comedies Rat-a-Tat and Cat & Keet; and the DIY-focused hybrid series Briko are part of the deal as well.
