The World of Dinosaur Roar! Gets Master Toy Licensee


Nurture Rights has appointed Golden Bear as master toy licensee for The World of Dinosaur Roar! and its classic Dinosaur Roar! properties.

Golden Bear will develop a line of products based on the preschool property The World of Dinosaur Roar! in the plush and plastic toys, puzzles, games and bath accessories categories. The initial launch will feature puzzles, card games and a range of soft toys. The product line will launch in spring/summer 2018 and will be available at select retailers. Additional wider rollouts, including a collectible dinosaur figurine range, are planned for late 2018 and early 2019.

The core market for the Golden Bear range will be children aged 2 to 5. The range will also be aimed at gift givers and dinosaur fans. Golden Bear will also create products for the classic Dinosaur Roar! brand. Dinosaur Roar! has already inspired apparel ranges launching in Mothercare and M&Co and partnerships with a raft of licensees, including Paul Lamond Games, Carousel Calendars, Fashion UK and VMC.

The World of Dinosaur Roar! was created by Peter Curtis and is produced in association with The Natural History Museum in London. The property is inspired by Dinosaur Roar!, a best-selling picture book from the 1990s written by Paul Stickland and Henrietta Stickland.
