BAFTA has revealed the winners of this year's Children & Young People Awards, which includes The Snail and the Whale.

BBC One has commissioned an animated adaptation of the children’s book The Snail and the Whale, written by Julia Donaldson and illustrated by Axel Scheffler.

The Snail and the Whale, an animated film from Magic Light Pictures, has been presold to broadcasters across Europe and in Australia and Africa.
