TORONTO: Canada’s Family Channel is premiering the sophomore season of Degrassi: Next Class in July as part of its F2N teen programming block.

HALIFAX: DHX Media’s kids’ series Chuck’s Choice and Space Ranger Roger have scored new commissions, while Inspector Gadget has been renewed for a second season by TELETOON in Canada.

TORONTO: The preschool series Little People, based on the toy franchise from Mattel, will debut on Family Jr. as part of DHX Television’s month-long free preview event in March.

HALIFAX: DHX Media is rebranding its content-creation division to DHX Studios and is building a new state-of-the-art animation studio in Vancouver, with the company also making a trio of appointments at DHX Brands.
