Carlos Biern, currently the president of the Spanish Federation of Animation & Visual Effects Producers (DIBOOS), has been appointed president of animation production and co-production at Toonz Media Group, while Paul Robinson, who has been Imira’s CEO since December 2017, takes on a new role.
