Superights has signed a distribution deal with Swiss independent producer Nadasdy Films for the TV, VOD and home video rights to Zibilla and Ralph and the Dinosaurs.

The 26-minute TV special Zibilla is about a little zebra’s arrival at a new school, a new lion friend she makes and the adventures they go on together. The one-off joins Superights’ existing TV specials collection, which includes Vivement Lundi’s The Horn Quartet (2×26 min.), Le Regard Sonore’s The Genie of the Seas (1×26 min.) and Les Films du Nord’s The Scent of Carrot (1×26 min.), among others.

The preschool edutainment series Ralph and the Dinosaurs follows the adventures of Ralph the dog in a world full of dinosaurs. Superights will introduce both titles at MIPTV.

“What a pleasure to welcome these new heroes to our catalog!” said Nathalie Pinguet, deputy general manager at Superights. “With their different styles, they perfectly fulfill Superights’ lineup.”

Nicolas Burlet, founder of Nadasdy Films, added: “We are very happy to start a collaboration with a company as dynamic as Superights! We are convinced that these productions will be able to enchant a larger public.”
