Superights Inks New Deals for Pat the Dog

Superights has secured new sales for its comedy series Pat the Dog with broadcasters in Ireland, Portugal, Latvia, Hong Kong and Ivory Coast. ​

TG4 in Ireland has secured rights for seasons one and two. ​RTP in Portugal, ​LTV in Latvia, ​ViuTV in Hong Kong and ​RTI in Ivory Coast have bought free-to-air rights of the first season of the series. Produced by ​Superprod and ​Animoka, Pat the Dog ​has more than 150 episodes, including the newly created second season (63×7-minute episodes, 4×26-minute specials and 10×90-minute episodes) that was recently delivered to all clients worldwide. A third season as well as a movie are currently in the works.

Both seasons of Pat the Dog have already been bought by France Télévisions in France; Rai in Italy, Warner Media Group for its channels in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia; Disney for its channels in Spain, France, the Netherlands, Russia and Germany; and Discovery Kids in Latin America. Further, Pat the Dog is airing on Radio Canada in Canada, Televisa in Mexico, RTS in Switzerland, TV3 in Spain, VRT in Belgium and on the Chinese VOD platform MANGO TV.

Following the release of the first Pat the Dog mobile game, Space Dog, Superprod has launched the latest version of the Pat the Dog game. ​The game has already been localized into six languages and is available for immediate download on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
