Superights has signed a slew of new deals for its investigation and adventure series Geronimo Stilton, produced by Atlantyca and Superprod.

Seasons two and three of Geronimo Stilton have been picked up by WarnerMedia for its French channels, while all three seasons have been acquired by Canal+ in France for the SVOD rights. TV5Monde, which had previously picked up season three, has now acquired seasons one and two. In Africa, pay-TV channel StarTimes has picked up the first season of the series.

Geronimo Stilton’s first two seasons were produced by Atlantyca, with Superprod coming on as a co-producer for season three. Inspired by the popular book series of the same name, the show follows famous mouse journalist Geronimo Stilton, who scours New Mouse City for new scoops and travels the world with his nephew Benjamin, his cousin Trap and his sister Thea.

Nathalie Pinguet, deputy managing director of Superights, said: “Geronimo Stilton really is the evergreen property and appeals to young and old alike all over the world.”

Alessandra Dematteis, distribution manager of Atlantyca, added: “Geronimo is still a best seller and his huge audience remain unchanged. We are happy that broadcasters in the world are still fans of our beloved mouse, as well as the kids of different generations.”
