Superights in Distribution Deal with Tencent Video

Superights has inked a distribution deal with Tencent Video to represent the dialogue-free, slapstick series The Adventure of Little Penguin outside China.

Superights is introducing the 52×5-minute series at Annecy. Aimed at children 4 to 6, the series is full of action, humor and emotion as it teaches positive and environmentally conscious messages through the adventures of a little penguin named Oscar.

The Adventure of Little Penguin was directed by Thierry Marchand and Sean Mc Cormack, created by David Colin and produced by Tencent Video. Production has started, with the 26 first episodes to be ready at the end of November and the last 26 episodes expected in January 2022.
