Studio 100 Media/m4e and the Brandstätter Group, the parent company of toymaker Playmobil, have signed an extensive licensing agreement for Heidi.

As part of the multiyear deal, Playmobil figures of characters from Studio 100 Media/m4e’s CGI Heidi series and the forthcoming theatrical feature are planned. There are also various playsets inspired by Heidi’s adventures and other product innovations slated for 2020.

The agreement between the companies, which will jointly implement moving image content, covers the worldwide rights, excluding some territories in Asia.
