Spotlight: Dandelooo

Dandelooo’s Mum Is Pouring Rain has been selected in the official competition at this year’s Annecy Festival.

It features a “strong social issue subject that broadcasters around the world are touched by and will help children understand their parents better,” says Emmanuèle Pétry Sirvin, partner at Dandelooo.

Billy the Cowboy Hamster is based on the successful books by Catharina Valckx. The serialized show The Upside Down River is based on the Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award-winning novel by Jean-Claude Mourlevat.

Pétry Sirvin says, “We want these animations to be mesmerizing and memorable.”
