SpongeBob Extends Its Run

Nickelodeon has renewed its hit animated series SpongeBob SquarePants for season 15.

Across 26 new episodes in season 15, incurable optimist SpongeBob, along with Patrick, Sandy, Mr. Krabs, Plankton and Squidward, will uncover even bigger nautical adventures. The pickup marks 345 total episodes for the series, which launched in July 1999.

All-new episodes continue to debut on Nickelodeon. Seasons 1 to 12 are currently available on Paramount+.
