Rainbow & Lisle Licensing Pact for 44 Cats U.K. Distribution

Rainbow has entered into a partnership with Lisle Licensing for its animated preschool series 44 Cats across the U.K.

44 Cats, which follows the adventures of four kittens in a band called The Buffycats as they help others and find creative solutions to everyday problems, debuted in the U.K. on Nick Jr. on March 4. The 52×13-minute animated series is also slated to bow on the Pop TV channel in the U.K. in September. It premiered in Italy last November to record-breaking TV ratings.
