Peacock Slates New Musical Comedy Series

Take Note, a new musical comedy series for the kids and family audience, is set to launch on Peacock.

Take Note follows a group of contestants from across the country participating in a fictional tween reality singing competition. Take Note is produced by Lambur Productions. Ten half-hour episodes have been ordered.

The series centers on 14-year-old Calvin Richards and his family as he competes on the show. Starring in Take Note are Braelyn Rankins (Doom Patrol, Genius: Aretha), Nadine Roden (Designated Survivor, Murdoch Mysteries ), Aadin Church (Broadway’s Dreamgirls, Sister Act) and Sebastian Spencer (Overlord and the Underwoods).

Creator Joan Lambur serves as executive producer. Co-showrunners Earl Davis and Michael Feldman will also executive produce.
