Peacock has given a full-season order to Supernatural Academy, an animated original young adult fantasy series.

The show is an adaptation of the best-selling book series The Supernatural Academy from Jaymin Eve. It chronicles an otherworldly adventure of twin sisters—one who was raised in the supernatural world and is confident and popular and the other an offbeat outsider raised in the human world—who reunite at the Supernatural Academy.

Produced by 41 Entertainment, Supernatural Academy premieres on Peacock on January 20.

Eve said: “It is so incredible to see my original story come to life in this high-quality animation project. I am so grateful to both Peacock and 41 Entertainment for believing in me, and I am sure that all of the fans of the books are anxiously marking January 20 on their diaries.”
