Nickelodeon Slates SpongeBob SquarePants Crossover Event

SpongeBob SquarePants Presents The Tidal Zone, the first-ever SpongeBob universe crossover event, has been scheduled to debut on Nickelodeon in the first quarter of 2023.

The one-hour special encompasses SpongeBob SquarePants, The Patrick Star Show and the Paramount+ series Kamp Koral: SpongeBob’s Under Years. It follows GrandPat (The Patrick Star Show) as he makes his way through each dimension.

Since its launch in July 1999, SpongeBob SquarePants has been the most-watched animated series for nearly 20 consecutive years. It is one of the most widely distributed properties in Paramount International history, seen in more than 170 countries and translated in more than 29 languages. The series was originally created by Stephen Hillenburg.
