Nickelodeon’s hit game show Double Dare, which aired in the 1980s and 1990s, is returning to the small screen this summer with 40 new episodes.

The series looks on as two teams compete to win prizes by answering trivia questions, completing messy, physical stunts and participating in an obstacle course. The reboot will feature gameplay and challenges similar to the original version, as well as appearances by stars from both the past and present.

Double Dare was broadcast on Nickelodeon from 1986 to 1993, becoming the longest-running game show on the channel. There have been a few other iterations over the years, including Super Sloppy Double Dare in 1989 and Double Dare 2000 at the turn of the century.
