New Venue Lined Up for MIPJunior 2017

CANNES: This year’s MIPJunior is slated to take place on October 14 and 15 at the J.W. Marriott Hotel in Cannes, France.

The two-day event before MIPCOM is usually held at the Martinez Hotel, which will be undergoing extensive renovations. MIPJunior is expected to return to the Martinez in 2018.

“The Marriott is a wonderful venue for MIPJunior with ample space for the Screenings Library, networking and a full 500-person theater for keynotes, sessions and large-screen premieres,” said Lucy Smith, MIPJunior’s director, in a note to participants. “We are already using the hotel to host MIPDoc this April.”
