New Total Dramarama Special to Debut on Cartoon Network

A Very Special Special That’s Quite Special, a new 40-minute Total Dramarama special, is slated to debut on Cartoon Network in the U.S. on April 15 and on Cartoon Network and Teletoon+ in Canada on April 22.

Produced by Fresh TV and distributed by CAKE, the special follows the series’ troublesome toddlers on a cross-country adventure to Sir Splashalot’s waterpark after their daycare is destroyed by an unsafe driving app. An accidental mix-up forces them to chase gangsters, tech barons and aliens in an attempt to obtain a powerful crystalline hashtag.

Total Dramarama is a prequel to the Total Drama franchise, first launched on Cartoon Network in the U.S. and TELETOON (now Cartoon Network Canada) in 2018. It has since rolled out on Cartoon Network in German-speaking territories, Benelux, Eastern Europe, AsiaPac and Latin America. International broadcasters include POP in the U.K., Teletoon and Canal+ in France, K2 and DeA Kids in Italy, Super3 in Spain, ABC in Australia and Noga in Israel.

The prequel series is created by Tom McGillis and Jennifer Pertsch and is produced by Fresh TV in association with Cartoon Network Canada and Cartoon Network U.S. CAKE distributes the series internationally.
