Nelvana Scores Raft of Partnerships for Care Bears Anniversary

In honor of Care Bears’ 40th anniversary, Nelvana and Cloudco Entertainment, owner of the brand, have partnered with numerous companies to bring limited-edition items to retailers across Canada.

The companies are collaborating with iHalo Krunch, Bunners Bakeshop, Eva’s Original Chimneys, SQUISH Candies, Retrokid and Peace Collective. Nelvana and Peace Collective will also hold a live Care Bears event in Toronto on June 25 to celebrate the collection launch and on June 26 at Pride Toronto.

iHalo Krunch, Bunners Bakeshop, Eva’s Original Chimneys and SQUISH Candies will offer Care Bears-inspired versions of their food products. iHalo Krunch and Bunners Bakeshop products will be available at all Toronto storefronts, while Eva’s Original Chimneys items will be offered at the Bloor Street, Port Credit, Square One, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia locations. SQUISH Candies’ Care Bears-themed candy will be available through its website across Canada.

Peace Collective and Retrokid will both offer limited-edition Care Bears apparel, available online.
