Monster Loving Maniacs to Air on CBBC

Toon2Tango and Mondo TV have inked a deal with the U.K.’s CBBC to air Monster Loving Maniacs in time for Halloween.

The animated comedy for 6- to 10-year-olds centers on three siblings who are being trained as monster hunters by their tough grandfather. They are massive horror fans who love mythical creatures, though, so they look for ways to save the monsters instead.

Monster Loving Maniacs is created and produced by Ja Film and co-produced with Mondo TV, Belvision and Ginger Pictures. It is distributed by Toon2Tango and Mondo TV.

The series has already been commissioned by Danish pubcaster DR, German free-to-air broadcaster Super RTL and presold to Scandinavian public broadcasters NRK and SVT.
