MIP LONDON’s Kids & Teens Summit to Feature BBC, Ampere

MIP LONDON’s Kids & Teens Summit, taking place on February 24 in the Lancaster Ballroom of the Savoy Hotel, will deliver insights from leaders at BBC, Ampere Analysis, Banijay and more.

The summit will begin with Cyrine Amor, research manager for commissioning at Ampere, addressing how broadcasters are shifting their commissioning and platform strategies. A session with Candice Alessandra, international research director at Glance, providing data about how kids consume content today will follow.

After that, at 9:30 a.m., a panel featuring Patricia Hidalgo, director of BBC Children’s and Education; Delphine Dumont, chief commercial officer at Banijay Kids & Family; and Raphaël Séjourné, producer at SALGOSS, will unpack how to adapt, reset and grow in today’s landscape.

At 10 a.m., a panel about monetization and how to mix revenue streams effectively will feature insight from Helen Howells, joint managing director of Hoho Entertainment; Nico Lockhart, managing director of TeamFalco; and Jiella Esmat, CEO of 8 Lions, with John Reynolds, founder of Flip Side Media, as moderator.

To close out the summit at 11:30 a.m., Andrew Bereza, director of business development at Twin Atlas, a game development studio that creates experiences on Roblox, will talk about how studios can engage the next generation via the gaming platform.
