Mattel Taps LEGO Group & Moose Toys Alum

Mattel has named former LEGO Group and Moose Toys executive Glenn Abell senior VP of MEGA and global head of construction category.

Abell joins Mattel from Moose Toys US, where he was the president and general manager. While there, he was responsible for guiding commercial and product strategy as well as organizational health. He spent the prior 16 years with the LEGO Group, where he held various management, sales and marketing positions.

At Mattel, Abell will report to Richard Dickson, president and COO. Bisma Ansari, senior VP of MEGA, will report to Abell.
