Mattel Inks Multiyear Distribution Agreement

Mattel has entered into a multiyear physical and digital distribution agreement with NCircle Entertainment and Mill Creek Entertainment.

Under the agreement, Mattel’s iconic brands such as Barbie, Thomas & Friends and Masters of the Universe will be distributed by NCircle and Mill Creek on physical DVD at retail stores across the U.S. and Canada, as well as through TVOD and EST.

The deal includes programs such as Barbie Dreamtopia Special, seasons one and two of Barbie Dreamhouse Adventures, Barbie Princess Adventure, Barbie & Chelsea: The Lost Birthday and Barbie: Big City, Big Dreams from the Barbie brand; seasons 25 and 26, as well as corresponding specials, of Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go from the Thomas & Friends brand; and He-Man and the Masters of the Universe from the Masters of the Universe brand.

Season one of Barbie Dreamhouse Adventures is set to debut on November 16 on DVD and TVOD/EST. Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go will be available on December 7 on DVD.
